Impacts of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on M&A Transactions

Whether within the due diligence, the use of Legal Tech or the drafting of the guarantees within the share purchase and transfer agreement (SPA): Data protection is increasingly becoming a main factor in M&A transactions – particularly regarding the fines, which have recently been imposed by the competent authorities.
