Chinese pharmaceutical services provider WuXi AppTec has raised its full-year revenue and free cash flow forecasts following strong growth in the first nine months of 2026. Revenue increased by 38.6% year-on-year to RMB 45.54bn, while adjusted net profit rose by 74.4% to RMB 18.38bn. Revenue from continuing operations grew by 46.3%.

As of 30 September, the company’s order backlog for continuing operations had increased by 36.4% year-on-year to RMB 76.74bn. Adjusted operating cash flow rose by 58.9% to RMB 17.28bn. WuXi AppTec attributed the performance to the success of multiple customers’ products and its integrated contract research, development and manufacturing organisation (CRDMO) model.

For the full year, the company now expects revenue of RMB 61.0–61.9bn, up from its previous forecast of RMB 58.5–60.5bn. Revenue from continuing operations is projected to grow by 40–42%. The adjusted free cash flow forecast has also been raised to RMB 14.5–15.5bn. Capital expenditure is expected to reach RMB 8.0–8.5bn, supporting the expansion of global capacity, including the early launch of a new site in Changzhou.
